- Criteria for rank/levels include: advanced math skill, education, experience, professionalism, communication, energy, and heart
- Most tutors have a Bachelor's degree, many with a Master's
- All tutors have been interviewed and evaluated before ever appearing on this list

- The tutors are sent an email and will often respond the same day
- The first to respond will be assigned and contact info released
